1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and hengong ("Platform", "we"). The hengong platform operates under international licensing and provides online gambling services including online slots, live casino, sports betting and virtual sports.

By registering an account, logging in or using any part of this platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use hengong services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old at the date of registration;
• Be an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party;

hengong reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Documents that may be required include a copy of your identity card (MyKad), passport, or any official document issued by Malaysian authorities. Registration with false or incomplete information may result in the account being suspended or closed without prior notice.

3. Account and Security

Each member is fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account. The account security obligations that must be observed are as follows:

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone;
• Ensure that no other party uses your account on a shared or rotational basis;
• Notify the hengong support team immediately if there is any unauthorised access to your account;
• Update your personal information promptly if any changes occur;
• Do not use the account for any fraudulent activity, money laundering or unlawful purposes.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the hengong platform are subject to the following transaction policy:

• The minimum amount for each deposit and withdrawal is RM50;
• Supported payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH);
• Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the chosen method and processing time;
• All transactions must be made by the account holder using payment methods registered in their own name;
• hengong reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal.

hengong reserves the right to delay or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering or a breach of these terms. In such situations, the funds involved may be held pending the outcome of an investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

hengong offers a variety of promotions and bonuses to its members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions. The hengong welcome bonus gives a 120% first deposit bonus up to RM500 with a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount.

Examples for the welcome bonus:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Balance RM220 → Wagering requirement: RM120 × 20 = RM2,400;
• Deposit RM1,000 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,500 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 20 = RM10,000.

In addition, the general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per account;
• Bonuses may not be transferred to another account;
• hengong reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is evidence of abuse, fraud or system manipulation;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the period specified for each campaign;
• Unused bonus balances within the specified period may expire automatically.

6. Game Rules

All games offered on the hengong platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, mix parlay, esports and virtual sports — have their own rules that every member must follow. General rules in force across the entire platform are:

• All game results that have been processed by the system are final and cannot be disputed;
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, hengong reserves the right to make a decision based on system records;
• Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, use automated software (bots) or any unfair method is strictly prohibited;
• Using a VPN or any technology that conceals the user's actual location while betting may result in the account being suspended;
• hengong reserves the right to void bets placed based on incorrect information or results obtained through manipulated technology.

7. Member Responsibilities

As a hengong member, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You play at your own choice and risk and understand that gambling involves the risk of losing money;
• Funds used for playing are legitimate personal money and not from any questionable source;
• You will not use this platform for fraudulent purposes or money laundering;
• You will comply with all local laws applicable to online gambling;
• You agree to inform hengong if you are experiencing problem gambling and to make use of the responsible gambling tools provided.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

hengong reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• False or incomplete registration information;
• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions;
• Involvement in fraudulent activity, collusion or game manipulation;
• Failure to meet identity verification requirements;
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, hengong reserves the right to forfeit any active bonus balances. Legitimate cash balances may be reclaimed through the specified verification process. Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact the support team via 24/7 live chat.

9. Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, hengong will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential or punitive loss or damage;
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunities;
• Service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance or exceptional circumstances;
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including game providers and payment institutions;
• Any losses arising from a member's own account security breach.

The hengong platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranty regarding its continued effectiveness or freedom from technical errors.

10. Amendments to Terms

hengong reserves the right to change, add to, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this website.

Members are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure they are aware of the latest version of the terms. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the updated terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this document.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction where the hengong platform is registered. Any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through hengong's internal dispute resolution procedure before being referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.

hengong's failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
